All magnets are custom-made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’re committed to making it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun, and we cannot guarantee cancellation or a refund.
Shipping
We ship all orders via Canada Post. While we strive to provide accurate estimated delivery times, please note that we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. Memento is not responsible for postal delays or lost packages once an order has been dispatched.
